The official destination marketing organization for the Sunshine Coast, is proud to welcome you to our website, complete with features and functions designed to make it easy to find what you are looking for.  You will find information relative to tourism on the Sunshine Coast, as well as for current and prospective Sunshine Coast residents.

Community Futures provides support services to people wanting to start, expand, franchise or sell a business in this area. They also work in partnership with other business lenders, educational institutions, not-for-profits and community governments to grow and diversify our local economy. Their focuses include:

• Business Financing - Flexible, affordable loan products designed to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses.Financial institutions often refer clients for additional or joint business financing.

• Business Counselling and Advisory Services

• Business Succession Planning – for business owners wanting to retire from their business

• Community Economic Development - Community Futures works alongside other local and regional community leaders to invest in activities and projects to build a resilient and successful community.
  
  

The Coast Community Builders Association is a non-profit organization committed to the creation and support of balanced, well planned and sustainable communities on the Sunshine Coast, uniting people and companies dedicated to land development and construction - developers and contractors, trades, architects, designers and engineers, financial and real estate service providers, suppliers and manufacturers, decorators, landscapers and other interested members of the community. The organization has approx. 125 members.
